Israeli drone strike on Palestinian vehicle kills one civilian, leaves multiple causalities in Khan Younis

GAZA, March 30, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed and others were wounded on Saturday in an Israeli airstrike targeting a civilian vehicle east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

A medical source at Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis reported that the body of  a slain Palestinian and several causalities admitted  to the hospital following an Israeli drone strike on a vehicle near the Bani Suheila roundabout, east of Khan Younis.

Earlier today, two brothers were killed and several others were wounded, some critically, by Israeli fire in Gaza City.

Medical sources reported that the brothers Fahmi and Saed Omar Qaddoum were killed by Israeli fire east of Gaza City, while others were wounded when Israeli military vehicles opened fire on civilian homes in the Shamaa area of ​​the Old City.

Simultaneously, a Palestinian man was wounded by Israeli fire in the Zeitoun neighborhood. Meanwhile, Israeli forces carried out artillery shelling and tank fire targeting the eastern areas of Shuja'iyya and Al-Tuffah.

The body of one slain Palestinian and 19 injuries arrived at hospitals across the Gaza Strip during the past 24 hours.

The number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11 has surged to 692, with more than 1,880 injuries reported. The bodies of 756 Palestinians have been retrieved over the same period. 

Thousands of victims remain trapped under collapsed buildings or on the streets. However, emergency responders are struggling to reach them due to a lack of essential equipment for debris removal and rescue operations.
