JERUSALEM, March 30, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was shot and wounded by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday in the town of al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.

The Palestinian Red Crescent Society reported that its crews treated a young man who was shot in the leg with live ammunition near the separation wall in al-Ram and transferred him to a hospital for medical treatment.

In recent months, hundreds of Palestinian workers have been detained and harassed by Israeli police under the pretext of lacking permits.

Since October 2023, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society has documented the deaths of approximately 42 Palestinian workers and more than 32,000 arrests of Palestinian workers.
