Palestinian injured by colonists' gunfire south of Nablus

NABLUS, March 26, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was injured by Israeli colonists' gunfire on Thursday near the town of Huwara, south of Nablus.

Local sources reported that a 49-year-old man was shot in the foot with live ammunition during an attack by colonists in the area.

Ameed Ahmad, of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society in Nablus, said colonists also assaulted an ambulance belonging to the society in the nearby town of Beita.

He added that the attackers stole the vehicle's keys, threw them away in a mountainous area, and briefly detained the ambulance crew.
