RAMALLAH, March 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists on Sunday evening blocked several main and secondary roads around Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorate, gathering at key junctions and disrupting the movement of Palestinian residents, according to local sources.

Sources reported that colonists gathered at Karamelo Roundabout, completely blocking it, in addition to closing the Taybeh–Karamelo gate. Similar gatherings were also reported at junctions near the Shilo colonial settlement.

Colonists also blocked the Ain Ayoub road west of Ramallah and the Taybeh road leading to Jericho using rocks, severely impeding residents’ movement.

These assaults come amid escalating colonists’ attacks and road closures across the West Bank, carried out under the protection of occupation forces, further restricting residents’ mobility and preventing access to their workplaces and homes.
