BEIRUT, March 20, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from Israeli aggression on Lebanon rose to 1,021 civilians with 2,641 injuries, according to the Lebanese Health Ministry.
The Ministry added that within the last 24 hours, Israeli attacks resulted in the killing of 20 civilians and the injury of 57 others.
