HEBRON, March 19, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detined a Palestinian man and his young son and confiscated dozens of vehicles during a raid and search operation in the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron, early Thursday morning.
Media activist Mohammad Awad told WAFA that the occupation forces, reinforced with military vehicles, raided most of the town's neighborhoods, searched a number of homes, ransacked their contents, damaged property, and detained Rashid Ahmad Sabarna, 50, and his son Mustafa, 14.
He added that during the searches, the occupation forces assaulted several residents and detained some for hours after turning their homes into military outposts.
The occupation forces also confiscated more than 30 vehicles, claiming they were unregistered.
