NABLUS, March 14, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian young man was killed on Saturday evening and two others were injured by live ammunition, while another was beaten, during an attack by colonists on the town of Qusra, south of Nablus.
Medical sources announced the killing of Amir Moatasem Mahmoud Odeh, 25, after he was shot in the chest with live ammunition. Two others were injured by live fire in the knee and thigh, while the father of the slain man was assaulted and beaten during the attack.
Mayor of Qusra, Hani Odeh, told WAFA that armed colonists attacked the Al-Karak area west of the town and opened live fire toward homes and young men, injuring four residents by live ammunition and beating.
The injured were initially transferred to a local medical center for treatment. Odeh added that Amir Odeh and another injured person were later transferred to Rafidia Governmental Hospital in Nablus, where doctors attempted resuscitation, but he was later pronounced dead.
