TUBAS, March 13, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces today issued military orders to seize dozens of dunums of Palestinian-owned land in the al-Buqei'a area of the Northern Jordan Valley.
Mutaz Bisharat, the official responsible for colonial settlement affairs in Tubas Governorate, said the occupation issued orders to seize 268 dunums of privately owned land belonging to Palestinian residents of Tubas city and the town of Tammoun.
He added that, at the end of last year, the occupation authorities issued military orders to seize 1,042 dunums in the Atouf Plain, within the al-Buqei’a area.
