BEIRUT, March 13, 2026 (WAFA) – The Lebanese Ministry of Health reported today that the total number of people killed by Israeli strikes since March 2 reached 773, with 1,933 injured, according to the daily report from the Health Emergency Operations Center.

The report noted a rise in child casualties, with the number of children killed increasing from 98 yesterday to 103 today, and the number of injured children rising from 304 to 326.

Israeli forces continued shelling multiple locations across Lebanon, leaving dozens killed and injured and causing extensive damage to buildings and infrastructure.
