RAMALLAH, March 13, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces uprooted hundreds of olive trees on Friday evening in the villages of Deir Qadis and Kharbatha Bani Harith west of Ramallah, according to local sources.
Sources reported that the occupation bulldozers leveled approximately 70 dunums of land and uprooted around 500 olive trees south of Deir Qadis, adjacent to the Kiryat Sefer Modi’in settlement, as well as in an area between Deir Qadis and Kharbatha Bani Harith.
Both areas were declared closed military zones under the pretext of their proximity to the Israeli separation wall.
