GAZA, March 12, 2026 (WAFA) – A five-year-old boy was killed in cold blood on Thursday afternoon after being shot with live ammunition by Israeli occupation forces in the town of Beit Lahiya, north of the Gaza Strip, according to local sources.
WAFA correspondent reported that Israeli forces opened fire at the child, identified as Samih Shehab Samih Marouf, in Beit Lahiya, which led to his death.
Medical sources had earlier announced that the death toll from the Israeli onslaught on the Gaza Strip has risen to 72,136, with 171,839 others injured since October 2023.
