BEIRUT, March 10, 2026 (WAFA) – The death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks has climbed to 570, according to the Lebanese Government’s Disaster Risk Management Unit.
It said that the death toll from ongoing Israeli attacks on Lebanon has risen to 570, with 1,444 others wounded.
It added that approximately 759,300 people have been registered as displaced.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces carried out airstrikes on Beirut's southern suburbs as well as on 20 towns in southern Lebanon.
