QALQILYA, March 9, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli occupation forces on Monday obstructed the movement of Palestinian residents east of Qalqilya, according to local sources.

Sources reported that Israeli forces closed the entrance to the village of Nabi Ilyas with an iron gate.

Israeli forces have also continued to block the entrances to the villages of Kafr Laqif, ‘Imatin, and Al-Funduq with iron gates for the past ten days.

The closures have disrupted residents’ daily movement, forcing them to take long and rough alternative routes to reach their homes and workplaces.
