Israeli colonists attack Palestinians in several Bedouin communities east of Tubas

TUBAS, March 9, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attacked Palestinians in several communities east of Tubas.

The head of the al-Maleh village council, Mahdi Daraghmeh, reported that colonists attacked Palestinians near the village of Tayasir, east of Tubas, injuring several who were taken to the hospital for treatment.

He added that colonists also attacked Palestinians in the al-Maleh hot springs in the northern Jordan Valley, stealing livestock belonging to one resident. They also attacked and damaged homes in the same community, and attacked the al-Maleh school, destroying its contents.

In Khirbet Samra,   colonists raided Palestinian tents at night, terrorizing the residents, especially women and children.

Over the past two days, approximately twenty Palestinians have been injured in attacks by Israeli forces and colonists east of Tubas, and about 15 families have been forcibly displaced from their homes due to the escalating colonist violence.

Two years ago, about four Palestinian communities in the northern Jordan Valley were completely emptied due to colonist terrorism against them.
