HEBRON, March 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained several Palestinians on Sunday during raids on the towns of Idhna, Dura, and Al-Dhahiriya in the Hebron governorate, south of the occupied West Bank.
According to WAFA correspondents, Israeli forces raided Idhna and detained former prisoner Khalil Awwad, 40, who suffers from multiple health conditions following his release about two years ago after a prolonged hunger strike.
Additional detentions were reported in Dura and Al-Dhahiriya, but the identities of those detained have not yet been confirmed.
