JERUSALEM, March 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians, including a child, were injured on Saturday in separate attacks by Israeli colonists in areas northwest and northeast of Jerusalem, according to the Jerusalem Governorate.
The governorate said that Mohsen Mohammad Jomhour sustained moderate injuries after a group of colonists assaulted him while he was with his wife and daughter on their land near the town of Beit Anan, northwest of Jerusalem. He was transferred to hospital for treatment.
A 10-year-old child was also injured during an attack by colonists on the Bedouin community of Ma'azi Jaba, northeast of the city. Israeli forces also detained two Palestinians from the community, identified as Adnan Mustafa Araara and Ibrahim Atallah Araara.
Earlier in the day, colonists stormed the Ma'azi Jaba community, assaulting residents and damaging their property, in addition to killing several sheep in the area.
