RAMALLAH, March 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities on Saturday notified residents of plans to uproot a number of their olive trees in the town of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah.
The Ni'lin municipality said in a press statement that Israeli forces delivered notices ordering the uprooting of trees in the town. The targeted area is estimated at more than 100 dunums in the southern part of the area adjacent to the Israeli segregation barrier.
The municipality noted that the move comes as part of ongoing violations targeting agricultural lands in the town.
