JENIN, March 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Friday detained a Palestinian father and his son from Burqin town, west of the occupied West Bank city of Jenin, according to local sources.
They reported that a convoy of army vehicles stormed the town, where the soldiers ransacked a residential building and detained the father along with his son.
In the Jenin governorate, the occupying forces conducted similar raids in the towns of Al-Yamun, Silat al-Harithiya, Jaba', Fahma, Beit Qad, Kafr Ra'i, and Barta'a, searching houses, interrogating occupants, and damaging contents.
Earlier today, the occupation forces conducted multiple raids across the occupied West Bank, rounding up 11 Palestinians.
