RAMALLAH, March 5, 2026 (WAFA) - Israeli occupying forces on Thursday evening detained a Palestinian and injured another in multiple military raids across a dozen villages and towns, northwest of Ramallah, according to security sources.
The sources said that the occupation forces raided the village of Beit Ur at-Tahta and rounded up a 21-year-old man, at a time when colonists assaulted another young man, inflicting bruises on him.
In Kafr Ni'ma, a sizable force ransacked many houses, broke in, and turned three into military posts. They blocked the town's entrance with earth mounds.
In al-Mughayyir, the occupation forces assaulted a minor and fired barrages of tear gas and stun grenades at residents.
In Beit Sira, Israeli troops broke into a resident’s house, ransacking it, in addition to searching several neighboring houses and stealing cash.
They barged their way into Kharbatha al-Misbah village and seized approximately 50 unregistered vehicles.
They conducted similar raids in the Kharbatha Bani Harith village and Beit Ur al-Fauqa town, breaking into a resident’s house, vandalizing contents, and seizing cash.
