HEBRON, March 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians on Thursday were injured, including one by live fire, and a young woman was detained during Israeli military raids on several areas in the Hebron governorate.
According to WAFA correspondent, Israeli troops opened gunfire on a vehicle carrying several Palestinians during a raid on the town of Tarqumiya, northwest of Hebron, wounding a young man in the hand. He was later rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
In the meantime, several other Palestinians, including a woman, were injured when Israeli forces severely beat multiple families after raiding their homes in the al-Fawwar refugee camp, south of Hebron, and in the Jaber and al-Salaymeh neighborhoods of the closed area of Hebron city.
Israeli forces also raided the towns of Sa'ir and al-Shuyukh, northeast of Hebron, and arrested 24-year-old Shaima Musa al-Halayqa after raiding her family's home, searching it, and ransacking its contents.
