SALFIT, March 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided the towns of Qarawat Bani Hassan and Biddya, west of Salfit, at dawn on Wednesday, with a large contingent of soldiers and military vehicles.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces deployed throughout the towns, conducting raids and searches of several homes, during which they interrogated a number of residents in the field. No detentions have been reported so far.
Later, the occupation forces closed all entrances to Biddya with earth mounds after the raid.
Local sources indicated that a military bulldozer erected mounds at the main and secondary entrances, amid a heavy deployment of forces around the town.
