RAMALLAH, March 3, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces continued on Tuesday evening to raid Ni'lin town and the Deir Qaddis and Budrus villages, west of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah, according to WAFA correspondent.
He reported that a convoy of army vehicles rolled into the town and the two villages, where the soldiers broke into several houses and ransacked them, seizing laptops and mobile phones.
He added that the gun-toting soldiers denied the villagers access to their homes in the al-Fauqa neighborhood in Deir Qaddis.
The occupation forces frequently raid Palestinian houses almost daily across the West Bank on the pretext of searching for “wanted” Palestinians, triggering clashes with residents.
These raids are conducted without the need for a search warrant, whenever and wherever the military chooses, in line with its broad and arbitrary powers.
Under Israeli military law, army commanders have full executive, legislative, and judicial authority over 3 million Palestinians living in the West Bank. Palestinians have no say in how this authority is exercised.
