RAMALLAH, March 1, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces installed an iron gate at the entrance to the village of Deir Jarir, east of Ramallah, on Sunday evening.
Local sources reported that the occupation forces installed the iron gate at the village's only entrance.
According to a report issued by the Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, the number of military checkpoints and gates in the occupied Palestinian territory has reached approximately 917, including 244 gates installed after October 7, 2023.
