HEBRON, February 25, 2026 (WAFA) – Dozens of armed Israeli colonists, under the protection of occupation forces, stormed the village of Rabud south of Hebron on Wednesday and performed Talmudic rituals and prayers on a hill at one of the village’s archaeological sites.
In a related development, Israeli occupation forces detained three Palestinian citizens. Local sources told WAFA that the forces detained two young men while they were grazing their sheep south of the town of as-Samu.
Forces also detained a resident in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, after he was chased by a group of colonists who attempted to assault him.
