HEBRON, February 23, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday evening seized Palestinian-owned agricultural lands and uprooted olive trees in the Beit Kahil town, northwest of Hebron, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that the seized lands cover about 500 dunums, most of which are planted with olive trees, belonging to the families of Al-‘Atawneh, Al-Zuhur, Al-‘Asafra, and Al-Joudi.
The sources added that the uprooted olive trees are between 15 and 20 years old, noting that the targeted lands are part of areas where the occupation intends to establish an industrial zone.
