GAZA, February 23, 2026 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were injured Monday morning by Israeli occupation forces east of Gaza City.

WAFA correspondents, citing medical sources, reported that Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians near the Shuja'iyya intersection east of Gaza, resulting in injuries of varying severity.

Additionally, Israeli naval vessels destroyed a fishing boat belonging to two young men after targeting it with heavy gunfire off the coast of Sheikh Ajlin, southwest of Gaza City.
