JERUSALEM, February 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Sunday evening raided the town of Hizma, northeast of Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that an Israeli army unit stormed the town and blocked worshippers from leaving the mosque after performing the Isha and Taraweeh prayers—the nightl prayer observed during Ramadan—with no detentions reported.
