Two Palestinians injured by live fire during Israeli raid in Beit Furik

NABLUS, February 21, 2026 (WAFA) – A young Palestinian man and a child were injured by live bullets on Saturday evening during an Israeli raid in the town of Beit Furik, east of Nablus.

Ameed Ahmad, director of the Red Crescent Ambulance and Emergency Center in Nablus, reported that a 20-year-old man was shot in the head and transferred to a hospital, where his condition was described as critical.

He added that a 16-year-old boy was also shot in the leg and taken to a hospital.

Earlier today, Israeli forces had raided the Beit Furik following an attack by settlers on the town. During the incident, a vehicle was shot at and its windows shattered by Israeli soldiers, and a 14-year-old child was injured by live fire while resisting the settler attack.
