HEBRON, February 21, 2026 (WAFA) – An elderly man and his son were injured on Saturday evening after being severely beaten by settlers south of Hebron, according to local sources.

Anti-settlement activist Osama Makhamereh told WAFA that settlers dressed in Israeli military uniforms assaulted Mfaddi Rabaee and his son Majd in the village of al-Tuwani while they were working on their land. The attack left both with injuries and bruises.

Following the assault, Israeli forces detained the son, Majd, after settlers had attacked him, according to local sources.
