GAZA, February 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were wounded on Saturday by Israeli gunfire east of Gaza City.
According to medical sources, Israeli forces opened fire on Palestinians at the end of Omar al-Mukhtar Street, east of the city, inflicting injuries of varying severity.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes launched an airstrike on the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, coinciding with heavy gunfire from the Israeli navy off the coast of Khan Younis.
According to eyewitnesses, Israeli military vehicles also fired heavily toward eastern areas of northern Gaza.
Israel continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement that went into effect on October 11, resulting so far in the killing of 611 Palestinians and injuries to approximately 1,633, while 726 bodies have been recovered.
