SALFIT, February 17, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces installed on Tuesday an iron gate near the bridge at the entrance to the town of Zawiya, west of Salfit.
Local sources said that Israeli troops began installing the gate at the entrance leading to Zawiya, obstructing the movement of residents, noting that the site is considered a vital passage that connects the town with several neighboring villages and towns.
