NABLUS, February 15, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists assaulted a Palestinian young man on Sunday morning south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.
Witnesses reported that a group of Israeli colonists broke into the Wadi al-Haj Issa area, located between the town of Aqraba and the village of Jurish, and assaulted a local Palestinian resident.
The area has witnessed a series of repeated attacks by Israeli colonists in recent days.
Violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinians and their property has escalated in various parts of the occupied West Bank in recent years. These attacks include physical assaults, damage to homes and vehicles, and the uprooting of olive trees and other agricultural lands, particularly in rural communities near settlements.
Many documentations have shown that these incidents occur under the protection of Israeli forces or without effective intervention to stop the assaults.
