RAMALLAH, February 15, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained a Palestinian child from the village of Aboud and a young man from the town of Ni'lin, both located west of Ramallah, early Sunday morning, according to Palestinian security sources.
The sources told WAFA that the forces detained 14-year-old Mohammad Abdel Majid after raiding his family's home in Aboud, northwest of Ramallah. They also detained 25-year-old Hamed Srour from the town of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah.
The same sources added that Israeli occupation forces also stormed the town of Birzeit and raided a student housing building. No detentions were reported in Birzeit.
