GAZA, February 15, 2026 (WAFA) — Nine Palestinians were killed and others wounded overnight on Sunday in a series of Israeli strikes targeting areas in the north and south of the Gaza Strip, according to local and medical sources.
Health authorities reported that four people were killed and others injured when an Israeli strike hit a tent sheltering displaced people in the al-Faluja area west of Jabalia in the northern Gaza Strip.
The same sources added that four Palestinians were killed in Israeli strikes on areas south of Khan Younis, as ambulance and civil defense crews faced difficulties reaching targeted locations due to the intensity of the bombardment and dangerous field conditions.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continued demolishing homes north of Gaza City, while artillery shelling targeted the al-Sanafour junction in the al-Tuffah neighborhood east of the city.
The latest developments come amid ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that took effect on October 11 of last year.
