RAMALLAH, February 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Saturday evening raided the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah and assaulted residents, according to a local official.

Amin Abu Aliya, head of the Al-Mughayyir Village Council, told WAFA that Israeli forces stormed the village, physically assaulted several residents, and briefly detained them in one of its neighborhoods.

Israeli forces also raided a home and several shops, assaulting those inside, and fired sound bombs and tear gas canisters toward residents and their homes; however, no injuries were reported.

Al-Mughayyir and surrounding villages and towns are regularly subjected to repeated raids by occupation forces, alongside attacks by colonists.
