HEBRON, February 14, 2026 (WAFA) – Armed colonists on Saturday evening attacked Palestinian shepherds in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.

Anti-colonial settlement activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that armed colonists from the colonial settlement outposts built on residents’ lands in Masafer Yatta attacked shepherds from the Abu Obeid family in the village of Al-Tabban.

The colonists, backed by Israeli occupation forces, attacked shepherds,  pelted them with stones and attempted to steal their livestock, but the shepherds successfully fended them off.
