RAMALLAH, February 13, 2026 (WAFA) — Israeli olonists cut down hundreds of olive trees Friday in lands belonging to the town of Turmus Ayya, northeast of Ramallah, according to local sources.
Resident Awad Abu Samra said colonists from the Adi Ad settlement, built on the town’s lands, destroyed around 300 olive trees in the town’s plains.
The incident follows a similar attack last week, when colonists uprooted roughly 300 olive trees near the home of the Awwad family in the same area, which has been repeatedly targeted in ongoing assaults.
