BETHLEHEM, February12, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinian residents suffocated from tear gas fired by Israeli occupation forces on Thursday night during an Israeli army raid on the village of Husan, west of Bethlehem, according to a local official.
Rami Hamamreh, head of Husan Village Council, told WAFA that Israeli forces raided the village, deployed around the perimeter of the local playground, and fired tear gas and stun grenades, causing several suffocation cases among residents.
