HEBRON, February 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces on Thursday detained two Palestinian residents following an attack by armed colonists on shepherds in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Local activist, Osama Makhamreh, said that a group of armed colonists attacked and chased the shepherds, and released livestock onto the farmers’ fields. Israeli forces later raided the area and detained two residents.
