AL-BIREH, February 10, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian woman, in her late 40’s, was injured by Israeli forces’ gunfire on Tuesday night during a military raid on the city of Al-Bireh, according to security sources.
Sources told WAFA that an Israeli military unit stormed the Jabal Al-Tawil neighborhood in Al-Bireh, firing live bullets toward residential homes. The woman was hit by live ammunition shrapnel while inside her home and was transferred to hospital for medical treatment.
Israeli forces also stormed the city center and fired live rounds at a vehicle; however, no injuries or detentions were reported.
