JERUSALEM, February 9, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces conducted a military raid on the town of Anata on Monday night, while armed colonists raided and attacked the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that substantial contingents of the occupation army and police stormed Anata, firing rubber-coated metal bullets, stun grenades, and tear gas throughout the town’s streets and alleys; however, no injuries were reported.
Simultaneously, armed colonists stormed the town of Hizma, opening fire on residents and vandalizing several parked vehicles, ahead of a subsequent raid by the occupation forces.
