GAZA, February 9, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian man was killed Monday evening by Israeli gunfire in the central Gaza Strip.
According to local sources, the farmer Khaled Baraka was killed by Israeli fire east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement.
With Baraka's death, the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire agreement of October 11 has risen to 582, with 1,544 wounded and 717 bodies recovered.
