NABLUS, February 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli special forces stormed the city of Nablus on Sunday evening and abducted a young man.
Security and local sources said that Israeli special forces stormed Martyrs' Square in the city center and abducted Khamis Abu Sirriya. They fired stun grenades and tear gas at residents, followed by the entry of several Israeli military vehicles into the city.
Israeli army pursued residents and assaulted a 70-year-old man, causing him bruises and contusions. He was subsequently taken to the hospital for medical treatment.
