Youth sustains injury from Israeli army fire in southern West Bank

HEBRON, February 6, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian youth on Friday evening sustained an injury from Israeli army fire in Sa'ir town, northeast of Hebron, according to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).

It said that its medics provided first aid treatment to a 20-year-old man who was injured by the shrapnel of live bullets fired by Israeli forces in the feet and hands, before rushing him to a hospital.

Earlier, the occupation forces barged their way into the town and unleashed barrages of live ammunition and tear gas canisters, causing several inhabitants to suffocate.
