Israeli authorities issue stop-work orders against several Palestinian structures near Ramallah

RAMALLAH, February 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation authorities issued stop-work orders on Thursday for several structures in the town of Ni'lin, west of Ramallah.

Ni'lin Mayor Yousef Khawaja said that an Israeli army force raided the Al-Musayna area, northwest of the town, and delivered stop-work orders to seven residents. The orders targeted four houses, two shacks, and several walls, claiming they lacked permits.

Khawaja told WAFA that two of the houses targeted were nearly ready for occupancy.

The orders also stated that the occupation authorities would discuss the demolition of the structures in a hearing to be held in three weeks.
