HEBRON, February 1, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished a three-story house in the town of Tarqumiya, west of Hebron, on Sunday evening.
Media activist Thaer Artish said that the occupation forces began demolishing a 600-square-meter house in the Shaab al-Bir area, west of the town.
The house belonged to local resident Bassam Fathi al-Jaafra and housed 18 people.
Residents of the area expressed their fears regarding the demolitions, especially since the occupation forces had previously issued demolition orders for five other houses in the same area.
Meanwhile, the occupation forces fired stun grenades and tear gas, preventing residents from reaching the house.
