RAMALLAH, January 30, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists assaulted two young Palestinian men on Friday while they were visiting the village of Yabrud, northeast of Ramallah, according to local sources.
Witnesses reported that a group of colonists chased the two men, who are from Qalandiya refugee camp north of Jerusalem, after they arrived in the Al-Ein area on the outskirts of Yabrud for leisure.
The colonists beat them, sprayed them with pepper spray, and smashed the vehicle they were using.
The sources added that colonists later stormed the village under the protection of an Israeli army unit following the attack.
