RAMALLAH, January 27, 2026 (WAFA) – The Palestinian Meteorological Department (PMD) said that Tuesday's weather is expected to be partly cloudy with a drop in temperatures, remaining relatively cold, especially in the mountainous areas. Winds would be light to moderate, westerly to southwesterly. Sea waves are low.
In the evening and night, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy and cold, especially in the mountainous areas. Winds will be moderate, southwesterly. Sea waves are moderate.
On Wednesday, the country will be affected by a low-pressure system. The weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy and occasionally dusty, with a drop in temperatures, becoming cold, especially in the mountainous areas. Scattered showers are expected over the northern regions, gradually extending to the central and southern regions by evening. These showers may be heavy at times, accompanied by thunderstorms and occasional hail. Winds will be active, southwesterly to westerly, with strong gusts at times. Sea waves are high.
On Thursday, the weather will be partly cloudy and cold, especially in the mountainous regions. Scattered rain is expected in some areas, God willing. Winds will be moderate, occasionally becoming brisk, from the southwest to west. Sea waves are moderate.
On Friday, the weather will be partly cloudy with a noticeable rise in temperatures, although it will remain relatively cold, especially in the mountainous regions. Winds will be light to moderate from the west to southwest. Sea waves are low.
