JERUSALEM, January 26, 2026 (WAFA) – A large force of the Israeli occupation army, accompanied by bulldozers, stormed the vicinity of Qalandiya refugee camp and the town of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, on Monday morning.
The Jerusalem Governorate said that a large force of the occupation army, accompanied by two bulldozers, stormed the vicinity of Qalandiya camp and the main street of Kafr Aqab, north of occupied Jerusalem, in preparation for demolition operations.
It added that the occupation forces deployed significant reinforcements of soldiers to Airport Street in Qalandiya, obstructing the access of students and teachers to their schools in Kafr Aqab. Occupation soldiers also attacked vehicles passing through the entrance to Qalandiya camp.
The occupation forces stormed residential buildings in the vicinity of the UNRWA training institute in Qalandiya and occupied the rooftops of several buildings in Kafr Aqab during the ongoing incursion into northern occupied Jerusalem.
