HEBRON, January 25, 2026 (WAFA) – Several Palestinians suffered from suffocation on Sunday evening during an Israeli raid on the town of Beit Ummar, north of Hebron.
Media activist Mohammad Awad said that Israeli forces stormed the town center and began firing tear gas canisters heavily at residents, their vehicles, and shops, causing dozens to suffer from suffocation.
He added that Palestinian Red Crescent paramedics provided necessary treatment to the injured at the scene.
